Principal's Corner

Mike Morris is entering his fourth year as principal of Crocker Farm Elementary School. Prior to coming to Crocker Farm, Mike was a 5^th and 6^th grade teacher at Fort River School. He first moved to the area to attend Amherst College and then completed graduate work at the University of Massachusetts. Derek Shea is entering his second year as assistant principal of Crocker Farm Elementary School. He moved to Amherst in 1995 in order to begin graduate work at the University of Massachusetts. Prior to coming to Crocker Farm, Derek served as a guidance counselor for eight years at Fort River School, followed by five years in a similar role at Amherst Regional High School. He lives in Amherst with his wife and two children.
